Sarah Palin joked that actresses who play her, should spread the wealth.

POLITICO screengrab.

Though some may doubt that actress Julianne Moore can pull off Sarah Palin in the upcoming HBO movie “Game Change,” the half-term governor doesn’t seem too worried about the casting decision. Still, she told Fox News’s Sean Hannity on Thursday that she wouldn’t mind if the actresses and comedians playing her on screen shared the wealth a little. “Well, I’m all about job creation. And I guess I could provide some of these gals who pretend like they are me some job security. I would ask, though, if they’re of the mind of spreading the wealth around, that perhaps they want to spring for one of my kids’ sets of braces or something as they capitalize on pretending to be me,” joked Palin.

Who cares about ‘Game Change’ The Movie? This woman is so fully taken over by greed and a sense of self empowerment that she can dictate to others, who should spread the wealth?
Suggestion: Have a cardboard cutout of the whackadoodle of Wasilla on set!

She could have been smart and thrown in some compliments to Moore on her looks and acting. She always manages to miss an opportunity to be a good politician. If she did Moore might play her with a bit of empathy; I hope she plays it as the real Palin, vicious, spiteful and brimming with nastiness.

Maybe we should urge them to change the movie from Game Change to coneheads that used to be on SNL – remember the conehead family? Or Marge Simpson…..that purple outfit and tall hair opens up so many other options as far as characters…

I think the actresses and others could repeat what Dick Cheney said, some words about what could be done:

Sources: Cheney curses senator over Halliburton criticism – CNN
Jun 25, 2004 … In response to Cheney, Leahy reminded Cheney that the vice president had once accused him of being a bad Catholic, to which Cheney replied …

Good point NJFan. So I think that all the people who Palin mentioned in HER two books should demand a cut of the profits from Palin, from the sales of those same books.

If Palin wants money from others for the portayal of her, then she should be able to be generous, spread her wealth around and reciprocate it back to those that she made money of off when mentioning them in her books.

Sarah should be the one spreading the wealth. Or does she consider paying hush money to keep people quite spreading the wealth? If, this is the case, there is plenty of that going on.

Wow. I don’t know why I’m ever surprised by her lack of class.

I seem to remember Mohammed Ali saying something about Will Smith portraying him . . . .NOT.

I believe the Queen of England expected something similar from Helen Mirren. NOT.

And of course, Will Ferrell had to pay W. every time he spoofed him on SNL. Again—NOT.

For this woman who is now a multimillionaire to think she is somehow owed MORE is sickening.

OMG, the fugly purple whatever-it-is!!! Please, somebody rip that off of her and burn it. Wear a hazmat suit though. I loved her childish remarks to Kathy Griffin, “Come on up to Alaaaska and pick on me!” The “bring it on” hand gestures were priceless. What’s she going to do, brawl in the street? She is such a low-class, no-class, childish bully. But typical of a bully, she takes her shots only when it is safe from behind Facebook, Twitter, and the safety of her little Fox studio. She’s a coward and a bully. Oh yeah, and a has-been governor.

Which of Sarah’s kids have braces? Willow doesn’t and she’s at the age. Is PiperDiaper’s dentition coming in badly? I just find that such an odd thing to say.

I hope Julianne has the courage to play Palin the way she is. She’s probably a nice person, though, and would want to find some way to give the character some sympathy. I know Helen Mirren is not a monarchist but was such a professional that she portrayed the Queen in a way that came across as very sympathetic…. or maybe just honest.

“Come on up to Alaaaska and pick on me!?”It’s ok, Kathy, I’m already here!

In Bailey’s book- she was so full of hate and wanted to express it to me.

Because it was I who destroyed her life and told lies about her family.

So according to Bailey she had her evil eye on me all through her rambling speech at a energy symposium. After she shut her mouth, she told Bailey follow me, I’m gonna introduce you to this clown, Sherry Whitstine! So, with a dozen representatives from other states everywhere and multi media outlets everywhere, this whackjob starts to make a beeline to me, to start some kind of fight! I was actually broadcasting live, it would have been good to have gotten that live. But, at that moment, she was stopped in her tracks! That’s when a reporter asked about Troopergate and her possible ABUSE OF POWER… Ha! talk about being a clown and a circus!

Your story about her trying to approach you just proves this woman is still living as a child in every facet of her life. She is so immature and I can’t ever imagine the Governor of our state spending any part of her very busy day wading through newspapers and magazines, looking at blogs on the internet, or any other form of media which might display a negative example of her latest behavior. Thankfully, Gov. Perdue is far more informed than Palin and does her job. Palin doesn’t appear to know what her job entailed.

Syrin, I was wondering if you could do a column on her “energy experience” that is still touted by her idiotic fans who wouldn’t know true energy experience if it smacked them in the face. What exactly did she do for her first several months as the AO&GC Chairperson? Did she really make any decisions on the pipeline or was it her advisors? If I understand correctly, she wasn’t doing any of the meetings with the oil & gas companies as Governor but instead let her associates handle them and report back to her? She is so far off on her totals as far as gas & oil estimates currently believed to be in Alaska. She’s talking billions while revised totals are much lower in the millions as in almost 10% of what she is saying is available. Not only that, would it really make any difference? Not from what I’m reading. I’m curious as to your opinion on the true situation of readily available gas and oil and what it does or doesn’t meant to the future of our country. Although no matter how much we have, it is a finite amount and alternatives MUST be explored despite the pressure from the oil companies not to do so. Thanks, Syrin!

AKRNC based on the limited time SP was on the commission she couldn’t have learned much about the oil and gas industry in Alaska much less National or International oil and gas issues. When John McCain announced that Sarah Palin was the worlds leading expert on energy issues I laughed out loud and thought to myself she doesn’t even understand basic energy issues facing Alaska much less the nation or world. Like everything Sarah does, she put about 10% of her efforts into the AOGCC job. Governor Murkowski appointed Sarah to the position becuse she was mad he didn’t appoint her to his vacated Senate seat. Sarah thought the AOGCC appointment was a slap in the face. Reality is the position was way over here level of intellect and she had no intention of doing the work necessary to keep up with all the other commissioners. She played the blame game against AKRNC Chair Randy Riedrich and she became the champion for ethics!!!

As to the reserves left on the North Slope, there are still many billions of barrels of oil and trillions of cubic feet of Natural Gas left to produce. The problem is that all the easy to produce oil has already been shipped to those “Hungry Markets” in the US. Oh, the molecules were flagged, too, also..
The harder to produce stuff is taking some extra effort and there are lots of areas closed to developement. There is a reservoir called West Sac that is about 4 times bigger than the giant Prudhoe Bay reservoir. Prudhoe Bay was expected to have about 20 billion barrels of oil in place with about 50% of that recoverable. Well, because of enhanced recovery techniques they have already produced over 13 billion barrels of oil and probably have about 2 billion to still to produce out of Prudhoe. West sac is considered Heavy Oil. It is very thick and viscous, almost as thick as roofing tar. When this viscous oil is produced a lot of sand also comes to surface with the oil. The sand is the consistancy of flower or powder. These solids have to be dealt with and this makes producing this heavy oil much more difficult and costly.

Then there are the areas that are currently off limits to Oil and Gas developement. Off Shore developements are not allowed at this time and ANWR is also off limits to developement. Both of those areas have billions of barrels of recoveral oil and gas but are not accessable to the produers because of politics.

And lastly, I agree with your position on Alternatives. Americans need an alternative for gasoline. 50% of all the oil we import and produce domestically is turned into gasoline. I would like to see American companies develop a viable alternative. That is no easy task. Gasoline has lots of BTU’s per unit. Very few things in this world can provide the same energy per $$$ than gasoline. As the price approaches $5 and then $10 per gallon, alternatives will be more attractive. BTW, BIG OIL is the primary investor of Alternative Energy- They’re who will be the primary distributor of alternative and renewable energy sources as they become accessible and affordable…

I don’t actually believe they spent their PFD’s on braces, I think that they are a traditional Wasilla family and spent it all on new snowmachines. At least that’s what all of my Valley tenants do, even when they’re behind in the rent.

If there is anyone left that would join her on the campaign trail there won’t be after she is exposed even more.

The PAC couldn’t raise enough money to keep her and her circus in designer clothes, hair, makeup, toys, gifts, fine hotels, meals, etc. she cost over half a million in two months, can you imagine the personal expenses in over a year on tour.

I know that America is the land of opportunity where anyone can make it, but it is too bad when you are one that made it. You are the least deserving person I know of to be enjoying “accidental wealth.” You are intellectually lazy, unethical, an opportunist, know nothing about world affairs, or anything else. Had McCain not given you the nod, you would likely have been impeached or else disqualified to hold office as a convicted felon. Left to your own, you would have eventually gotten into financial trouble and filed bankruptcy. That is the kind of life you deserve.
