Sarah Palin's Camp Lashes Out at Levi Johnston for Sex Talk on Tyra

Levi Johnston is in big trouble at the Sarah Palin household.
After talking about sex on The Tyra Banks Show, Johnston – the 18-year-old father of Bristol Palin's baby – was hit with a blistering response from Bristol's family.
"Bristol did not even know Levi was going on the show. We're disappointed that Levi and his family, in a quest for fame, attention, and fortune, are engaging in flat-out lies, gross exaggeration, and even distortion of their relationship," says the statement from the Palin family rep, Meghan Stapleton.
"Bristol's focus will remain on raising Tripp, completing her education, and advocating abstinence," the statement continues. "It is unfortunate that Levi finds it more appealing to exploit his previous relationship with Bristol than to contribute to the well being of the child."
The statement ends, saying, "Bristol realizes now that she made a mistake in her relationship and is the one taking responsibility for their actions."
In the show airing April 6, Johnston tells Tyra Banks that he believes Sarah Palin knew he and Bristol, 18, were having sex when they lived under her roof. "I'm pretty sure she probably knew. Moms are pretty smart," Johnston says.
The couple, who were high school sweethearts, planned to wed after graduating – but ended up splitting earlier this year. At the time, Johnston told Good Morning America that he needed to mature before getting married.
Family Member Arrested
In other Palin family troubles, the half sister of Palin's husband Todd was accused of breaking into the same Wasilla, Alaska, house twice to steal money, the Associated Press reports. Diana Palin, 35, was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor criminal trespass and theft stemming from two break-ins this week.

Scum? I don't think so– he was used in the campaign. What is he supposed to do? Obey conventional morals? His ex future mother-in-law doesn't do that and challenges everything when she doesn't get her way. None of these kids, Sarah and Todd's kids, their grandkids, the Johnstons, stand a chance of being conventional. Were he trying to be reticient liek he was when they first split up, "We– I am just too immature" he'd get run over. I believe that at this point, it's a free for all in that clan and you had better grab whatever you can when it's offered. The Palins need a family therapist to give all of them some boundaries. Do you Ken feel that she is taking the high road on anything? Keep a 19 year old kid away from his child? No. Get a mediator and a therapist to work with everyone. The governor swore to uphold a constitution and she is challenging it, what other governors upheld is inconvenient for her now. If she gives Levi choices, he will laugh in her face for suggesting them! He'll do whatever the heck he wants! He's not a child abuser though. Twenty years from now, Levi will have married someone else and he will be a fine upstanding man and cringe when asked about this roller coaster ride. What is this doing to the other kids? From the looks of it, Tripp and Trigg are the most mature people in that family of flakes.

O.K. Vixen, What does BJ stand for? What does Team Sarah have to do with anything?
His ex future mother-in-law doesn't do that and challenges everything when she doesn't get her way. None of these kids, Sarah and Todd's kids, their grandkids, the Johnstons, stand a chance of being conventional. Yes, just dripping with love and compassion. There is no need to further go into your dissertation.

Levi is a young man with endless possibilities. He hasn't done anything unrepairable, he can get his life going in a better direction. Once he is over the Palin fantasy he will do fine. I don't watch Tyra except when I am at a friends house full of teen age girls! I've seen her best model show and she can be a force. If anyone can give the Johnstons some good ideas, it's Tyra. She has worked with disadvantaged girls in a nearby summer camp. She is a confidence builder. I respect the Johnstons for speaking up. I don't know their situation and they may feel they need to protect the Palin brand and still cover for them. All that can change over time. The Palins like to intimidate their victims into submission, the Johnstons may fear retribution. I believe they are doing their best and showing great bravery. Levi needs encouragement and support to get his parental rights established. Alaska is corrupt and he may have little faith in the courts. The eyes of the world are on them now, that could work to his advantage. May he find his independence soon. All well wishes to Bristol, she is of legal age now, if she stays with the family secrets and lies, that's on her. She will keep her baby in a poisoned household and that can only have dire consequences. Bristol can be just as guilty of fraud and other crimes as her parents. She is a tragic sad figure as things are now. Is she able to leave the compound and take her baby on outings? I know there is a lot of party action around Wasilla, she can only text an old boyfriend now? Her moms political teams say words for her that contradict what she once said. What soul could she have left if they own her? It's possibly too late for Bristol. Tripp's only hope is Levi and the Johnstons.

You're a sad little man…….Parents who actively teach their children are equipping them with “survival skills” for getting along with others, finding truth in GOD's word, focusing of biblical tenets, learning self-control, establishing consequences for actions, and generally, for having a successful life. The results as revealed to the world is that the Palin Family and all those who are associated with them have been examples of of the opposite………….disfunction and neglect.

You show good compassion for Levi and I hope you pray for him and his family.
However, you show nothing but contempt for Bristol. What has she ever done to you. What has her family ever done to you. Why no compassion for her, she is taking care of her son. How much of the money Levi is being paid for the selling of his honor do you think he will pay Bristol for child support. When Tripp grows up and sees the video of his fathers conduct, how will that effect him.
Yes Levi needs your prayers that he gets himself upright with the Lord and owns up to his responsibility. Also your prayers for Bristol and Tripp that the Lord sheds his mercy on them.
Let's all resolve to end the gossip, smearing, libel, slander and glee at the hardships of others. How can we expect others to be better people if we are not better people ourselves.
