Sarah Palin is insisting that she’s no crybaby.

The former vice presidential candidate blasted the Daily Mail Wednesday for reporting that she was “reduced to tears after her husband flew into a rage” following the premiere of her new documentary “The Undefeated.”
The British tabloid reported that Todd was angry with Sarah for cooperating with filmmaker Stephan Bannon, who included clips of Hollywood stars attacking the former Alaska governor in the film.
But the Tea Party darling said that this was just another example of the mainstream media getting it wrong.
“Huh? Really?,” Sarah wrote in a Facebook post. “The beautiful town of Pella, Iowa, was flooded with an army of media covering the premiere of this film. You’d think someone would have caught those tears and rages on tape, right?”
The Daily Mail quoted a National Enquirer source who claimed that Todd believed “the film [would] give Sarah’s enemies fresh ammunition to destroy her as she considers running for President.”
“He told Sarah that she was beyond naive for walking into an ambush like that,” the source added.
The documentary, which focuses on Sarah’s term as governor, includes video of David Letterman calling her “slutty,” Bill Maher saying she’s a “dumb tw*t” and Madonna screaming “Sarah f—ing Palin” in its opening sequence.
Though Sarah told The Hollywood Reporter that she was shocked by the footage last week, she continued to promote the film on her Facebook post.
She directed her followers to a video of her reaction to the film, shot after its premiere in the Hawkeye State.
“The emotion clearly displayed was gratitude to the filmmakers who invested their own time and money into highlighting my team’s record in Alaska,” Palin wrote. “Todd and I were overwhelmed with gratitude, and we hope everyone sees this film.”
