McCain camp: Book ‘petty and pathetic’

Former McCain strategist John Weaver was more direct in his criticism, slamming Palin for using the book for “petty and pathetic” score-settling.

“Sarah Palin reminds me of Jimmy Stewart in the movie 'Harvey,' complete with imaginary conversations. All books like these are revisionist and self-serving, by definition,” Weaver wrote in an email to POLITICO. “But the score-settling by someone who wants to be considered a serious national player is petty and pathetic.”

“The problem wasn't who her interview was with, the problem was her interview,” he added. “Couric asked no trick questions. This just seems to be an attempt to obscure as bad a performance since Roger Mudd asked Ted Kennedy that simple question.”

Palin did not respond to a request for comment.

Let's see, John Weaver was fired from the McCain campaign in the summer of 2007. Sarah Palin joined the McCain campaign 29 August 2008.
So, just what does John Weaver know of the doings of the McCain Campaign during the time of Sarah Palin's involvement?

Hello world. This woman wears her narcissism on her sleeve..her continued narcissistic behavior is the iceberg the SS Palin is headed for…she can't stop makin' things up. Her inability to let go of the Couric situation is classic Palin…that incident is a reflection of her behavior as Governor. One crappy decision after another and poor judgement right and left but never, EVER EVER EVER will she admit she screwed up. She is a shameful embarrassment to many Alaskans. Liar liar pants on fire really set herself up this time…darn fact checkers!

Media Matters has the low down on the author of Going Rogue, Lynn Vincent. As you can imagine, it isn't pretty.

Here's is Jesus' General's Amazon review of Going Rogue. Please consider Giving it a "helpful" vote so that he can continue his string of writing the "Most Helpful Favorable Review[s]" for some of conservatism's greatest authors!
