ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) – Gov. Sarah Palin has until June 23 to reimburse the state for an estimated $10,000 in costs associated with 10 trips taken by her children. However, the total amout Palin's travels racked up was around $21,000

That deadline was imposed in a settlement agreement revealing Palin as guilty of this ethics complaint brought against her.

Palin was given 120 days to repay the state after the late February agreement.

The settlement was filed by a special investigator hired by the Alaska Personnel Board to investigate the complaint, which alleged the governor abused her power by charging the state when her children traveled with her.

Leighow says Palin will reimburse the state on or before the due date.

Sarah Palin is obviously guilty of this violation. She is also guilty of those that have been dismissed by a biased board of the government.

Alaska citizens deserve better.

She was found guilty of abusing power. Of course, all of the complaints are asserting that Palin indeed ABUSED POWER, this is consistant throughout the filings. It's ridiculous and frustrating to see someone clearly guilty and walk away with compensating the state for only half of what is owed….

She is guilty of violating the ETHICS law, this violation did not complete the full process of the law. She's unethical and those under her are also corrupt! The obvious erratic speech and behavior that continues to come out of this Palin administration should provide evidence to her guilt. Reading the AK Exec. Ethics Act the other charges against Palin are just as viable as this violation.

I hear several of these Alaskans who have had their complaint disregarded and dismissed, just may appeal the findings. Many Alaskans believe that this dept and or individuals are willfully biased in favor of Palin.

Why do you lie? The truth hurts you so much you list the article as from the AP then change it make is seem that someone else is saying it, and it is you. You hate Sarah so much that you cannot accept the fact that she has not violated the Executive Ethics Act. That she is very ethical in all that she does. Just because you are jealous of her does not make her unethical.

Yep, jealous of her being laughed at as a capable individual in all areas, jealous of her children being on drugs and getting pregnant, jealous that Palin has taken tens of thousands of dollars of Alaska state revenue for her own benefit.. Yes, jealous of her being stupid and getting pregnant at 44 w/5th a special needs child- when she had her hands full with 4 kids already. You figured it out…jealous that Palin has defiled her marriage having affairs, jealous Palin is one of the top holloween costumes, I'm really jealous of that one……
